About The Author

Bill Morris

Bill Morris is a qualified civil engineer with 30 years experience in the building and property development industries.

He began his career supervising the construction of residential subdivisions and became District Manager, Port Stephens at Hunter Water, Newcastle at the age of 34.

He completed his MBA two years later, which he became interested in market research techniques and methodology.

He moved to the Gold Coast in 1986 and trained up with Geoff Burchill to form Prodap, a project management business which commenced the first regular property research newsletter in the Gold Coast.

Apart from his research capability, Bill has been involved in many projects as project manager. Examples are Forest Hills, Parkwood Heights, Highland Park and The Ridges on Pine Ridge Road.
